Wall drop

This is a really good stretch on the calf muscles, but also forces the body to stay in perfect alignment while doing it, which in turn helps to align our spine correctly.

1. Stand on a slant board, feet pointed straight and hip width apart with your head, shoulders and butt against the wall.

Let your arms hang down at your sides.

Relax your stomach and upper body.

Do not allow your knees to bend.

You will feel a stretch in your calf/lower leg muscles.

2. Hold as directed on your menu.
